Thunder Mountain Arizona VFW Riders Chapter
UpDated: 11/18/2009
WE ARE "NOT" A MOTORCYCLE CLUB (MC)!
Following the Arizona State Constitution and the (Voted Approved) TM Chapter By-Laws, dtd: 11/01/2009, the VFW Thunder Mountain Riders are still up and running & in a New Home, VFW Post 3513, Scottsdale. It has been a lot of work, but we are growing. We are a riding Group, made up of an equal partnership between the VFW & its Auxiliary members in good standing. The VFW Riders (VFWR) have many goals and are primarily focused towards promoting and supporting the VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS and both Ladies and Men's Auxiliaries. The Charter was created by 14 Charter Members: Howard Richardson, Mike & Gena Ferguson, Brian & Joann Godsil, James Johnson, Robert Szopinski, Roger & Stephanie Kazmiekczak, Judy Robles, Dave Jones, Robert Stark, Roy Szopinski and Sue Bartell. Together they decided to organize the VFW Riders, Thunder Mountain Chapter. They worked hard at promoting this Group and encouraging new membership, but there are admittance requirements. If any one is interested in becoming a member, the first step is to contact a member of the Group, in good standing.
